Just dropped my truck off at Les Schwab (I shutter at saying that) too rebalance the tires and rotate them, I'm trying to issolate a vibration that really feels like a tire balance issue. Well they get right to wok before the GF gets there and he notices that the right rear has funny wear to it that the inside trad is almost to the wear bars. but the left is normal. Tires only have 10k on them and should not look like this.. granted I drive very hard but I'm thinking I have a miss alignment issue...

The only way to fix this is a set of Spohn arms right... looks like christmas may come early... probably have to order them up today. but could it be anything else to investigate??

I would look at camber being out on the right side.

Nope, they were brand new at time of purchase. I know my front camber is off from the 2/4 drop. I have all 1.65 degrees of adjustment I can get. I still need to upgrade to the 3 degree upper ball joints.

But its only the right rear, the only thing I can think is the struck was twisted or the axle not installed correctly when they redid the internals and replace everything but the housing.. or maybe the housing is tweaked from the previous owner sliding it into a curb..

Its the only things I can think of

Yah that's weird. I don't think solid axle vehicles have that issue to often.

Me either, thats why I'm scratching my head as to why its wearing funny. maybe its just my heavy right foot and I'm getting alot of axle flex is the only other thing I can think of...

I tend to find the odd cases with vehicles... nothing is ever the normal breaking issues for me.

Oh darn more mods ;) but in seriousness take some messurements, at the bottom of the wheel across to the other and then again at the top and see if its tipping in or out and then same thing at the front and back of the wheel. Least this will give you an idea whats going on.

Uneven tire wear always comes down to either wrong alignment and/or wrong tire air pressure and/or defective shock(s).

Its on the rear not the front, and I keep my tires at 40psi on all 4 always.

and I don't think I have bad shocks, doesn't seem that way on any corner. all shocks are responsive and not bouncy.

The front tires are actually wearing better with the horrible camber than the right rear tire...

I have the same problem and the only mod I dont have is the control arms.

I think its my heavy foot combined with the lack of adjusted control arms. RH side rear tire looks like its been through a war compared to the other 3
