Front drivers side is wearing every other tread or so, and has the classic “Wah wah wah” sound when driving, which increases with speed. Just rotated tires and had them balanced, thought that was the issue but the now front driver tire is still wearing the same after rotating and balance.

I would look very closely at all the front end components AND when you get your new tires, get them road force balanced. I've seen balance cause issues similar.

Thanks all, I suppose I should start with an alignment and see if it fixes the issue. If so I’ll be good for tires, if not will have to see what else it could be. RC 6” lift was installed about 3.5 years ago and just started noticing the wear pattern sometime last year, when the tires were already nearing the end of life.

Yea, if you go to a good alignment place, they will check all the front end components anyway, as they cant do an alignment if you have worn parts.
