Updating Uconnect 430N

I get this complimentary software upgrade for the 430N in the mail. Followed instructions and apparently I had the 43.??.?? upgrade already and this was for upgrading from 23.04.41 to 33.01.23. I selected NO to the upgrade and now a message is popping up saying that the PDN update did not complete. Now the display is screwed up from where it was originally. Any ideas on what to do without going to a dealer?

Yikes. I received mine today as well. I'm worried to try it. I've read numerous issues after upgrades. Mine currently works fine.

If I have the same deck in 2 vehicles, will it let me use the upgrade in both, or it it smart enough to only update 1? My other vehicle is an '11 Jeep.

You can use the same disc in multiple vehicles, that's what dealers do

Man I must have gotten really lucky with my update. Granted, this is a different system but even alot of the people who have my same system had issues as well. Hopefully it works out for you guys.

I had the same problem, already had 43.??.?? installed and got the message saying PDN did not update and now I got some annoying RAM logo in the background that isn't transparent like the old one and is driving me nuts! He's a couple of pictures any ideas?

That looks like my display now. ****** me off that the update screwed it up. U would think dodge wouldn't send out crap like that. I'm gonna take it back to the dealer when I have time and see if they can fix it.
