User Memory settings not working

I have been trying to get my user profile and seat memory to work. I follow all the instructions in the manual, I set all my positions and then I press the S button then Option number one. it says the memory has been set. I change the position and hit the recall button and it goes back to some funky seat position that I never set.

I took it too the dealership and the salesman is not able to get it fixed either. He went to the service department and they confirmed it is being set properly. I guess next step is to take it back for them to sort out.

Anyone else have this issue yet?

So I got mine fixed. They had to reset the Memory Seat Mode. It appears it wasn't done at the dealership properly.
