The V10's are a bit limited in aftermarket support compared to the V8's, but it does look like there are throttle body and header options available. Hi-potek has a throttle body for around $350, but the headers are gonna start you around $800. Then, you'll want a high-flow cat and general "free flowing" piping, although you should be able to get a Magnaflow universal cat for around $200. Single 3" inlet/outlet works great on the V8's, but I'm not sure if you'd wanna go a little bigger for the V10. And, of course, you'll need 2 of them if you want to run a dual exhaust, although if you don't live in a "smog" state, you could cheat and just run one cat to keep away the inevitable CEL.
Flyin' Ryan does some great tunes for the V8's, but I'm not sure if he's ever done anything with the V10's. If you could find a good, canned tune and combined it with a throttle body/header/free-flowing exhaust, I imagine you'd gain a nice chunk of extra power, especially in the mid-range.
EDIT: There don't seem to be any direct-fit supercharger kits for the V10's, but that hasn't stopped people from pulling it off! Big $$$ though, but I could only imagine the kind of torque such a setup could produce...
