So I have the vararam intake and I think I installed it all correct but the one blockoff think keeps leaking oil! Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks in advance!e8b4a1592106fb3713066a77e08c6bc9.jpg

May want to replace your PCV valve and see if that helps. That's the breather cap you're talking about leaking. I'm not trying to offend you at all and it's none of my business but by the looks of that engine bay you put that truck through the test! LOL

I definitely drive my trucks but it might kinda look like that cause haven't had the front two fenderliners in for the last little bit! Thanks I'll look into that!

There is a u tube presentation by Moe's Performance on the proper installation of the Vararam. You might take a look just to double-check on your installation.

You can also straighten up the breather with one of these and a short piece of heater hose. Adjust the length of the hose so you can still access the fill cap. The second filter shown screws on in place of the filler cap, but is more expensive. I used the first style with a vararam on the 2012, the more expensive style I used when I had my Scat Pack.s-l500.jpg s-l1600.jpg

Curiousity makes me ask why you don't have the front liners in,if you live in Billings Montana, been awhile since i've been down to Billings, but you guys get just as much snow as we do in Calgary, lol. If you're going to run it with-out the liners,i'd get in the habit of opening the hood at the local DIY carwash and wash under the hood when you wash the exterior,it'll make your life alot nicer when you do have to work on it,plus a clean motor is usually a happier motor, lol

Forgot to add to my post above: If you use this filter, a short piece of tubing works great between the filter nipple and a short piece of 3/4" hose. I used 3/4" heater hose on the intake and then a short piece of one of these garden wands, then the filter on top. If you keep the bottom hose as short as possible it'll stand up-right. Everything goes together tightly, plus the wand is 3/4" aluminum and available in various anodized colors. (mine was a purple one I had lying around). You can cut the tubing to your desired height. If needed you can use a zip-tie around the tubing and filler to help keep it in place. s-l500.jpg s-l1600.png

Thanks guys for all your comments and ideas! I'll try them! I don't have my fender liners in cause put headers on and they were shot and just haven't got any more in there..and I try at most washes to do the engine!
