You do realize it is illegal to tow over GVWR. If you get stopped pulling what is essentially a semi-trailer with a regular pickup truck you're gonna have some 'splainin to do to Johnny Law.
Sure you can build a rig to pull the load. But doing so SAFELY while sharing the road with other motorists is why manufacturers do so much work on weight ratings. Not only engine and transmission, but suspension, axles, FRAME, etc. Plus you've got to have enough weight in the tow rig so the trailer doesn't throw you all over the road when the weather kicks up. Can't have the tail wagging the dog.
Semis are as big as they are for a reason. You need that kind of size, and the mass which comes with it, to safely manage a 30,000+lb load.
