Water under back seat storage

I found water in the storage compartment under the back seat of my 2008 Ram. Truck sat out in the rain for a few days but this is the first time I noticed water. Any ideas?

Most times the water comes through the 3rd brake light gasket
The gasket tends to get hard & loses it flexibility

If you have a sliding glass rear window, that would be another matter, but i don't think you do

There are two drain tubes in the window track if you have a sliding window that likely need to be cleaned out.
This video shows them.

Check the door seals and cab vent seals on back of the cab.
