1. Different T-stat....
2. Remove clutch fan
3. Replace inner fenders.... took them off tonight
4. Clean throttle body.... removed and cleaned tonight.
5. Inspect spark plugs
6. Inspect injectors, maybe replace with new set i have
7. Shim trans for desired angle
8. Adjust rear arm length and pinion angle
9. Pan hard bar recenter
10. Trouble shoot rear abs system. And reluctor ring for faults.
11. Paint rear calipers
12. And im sure there is more im forgetting...

So now im stuck driving the slow crappy econocrapbox... been 2 days already having hemi withdrawls

Welcome to the club. My heat shield is loose as **** on the drivers side.

Sounds great when I start it up(sarcasm) but it goes silent once the truck warms up.
Don't have time to fool with it right now but will be getting headers when I have time.

fuki **** ram!!! lol

Drives me nuts, cant stand that exhaust leak sound. I have a long list of other stuff to do so i figured screw it... I just don't want to spend 2k right now on headers then another 500+ to rework the whole exhuast.. I have the parts for the exhaust though except I will need more V-band clamps, and the ones I got weren't too cheap. I'll probably break down and buy some kooks. just depend on if I have the time with all the other stuff to do

Top left of the exhaust manifold you will see what looks like a nub in a hole in the first picture. That is where the bolt snapped in two at some point in its life... second picture shows the nut head and rest of the stud still attached to the heat shield.

Yeah, I'm going with the JBAs, not sure if I want to run cats or not. I hate black exhaust tips. lol

I need to take mine in to be fixed. I've determined I have a exhaust leak.

You would think by now that they would redesign the headers so this crap would quit happening. The problem with this design is that all 4 cylinders dump into the same tube and all that heat collects at the back of the manifold where those bolts are which causes them break. Just about every hemi that has a broken manifold bolt is in that same spot. I have had a 2006,09,10,13,and 2 2014's and all have had the same bolt break in the exact same spot. If not on that same side then they have been broken on both sides. on the 2006 I replaced them twice before I put on BBK ceramic shorty headers and never had another issue with them...... terrible design flaw :flipthebird:

Good. Mine was flush with the head but was still pretty easy.
