Wet backseat driver's side floor

OK help!! This is the second time this has happened so I know it's not something I've done. Again I get in the truck to the smell of mold. This time I immediately go to the back door drivers side and lift the floor mat and sure enough the floor is wet again!!!!! Any idea what is causing this???
