What are people doing for rock chips on their Power Wagon front bumpers?

Anyone try the Color n Drive touch up? I believe it’s from Germany. Paint looks like a paste and acts to fill the minor stuff. Apparently comes with everything you need to fix stone chips and such.

My bumpers are starting to rust (mainly where there was stone chips). I was going to replace them both with more durable chrome bumpers and everyone is telling me NO WAY.

I can get 2 new bumpers (front and rear) locally powder coated gloss black for $300 (plus the cost of the bumpers).
