My favorite? The nerf bars. I'm not 20 years old anymore, so it's very nice to step up on the thing getting in, and step on it on my way out (did I mention that the oh-**** handles are in the perfect spot for doing this?)

I would have to say window tint. Not only does it help with internal temp, it completely changes the look of the truck.

For me it would be my Amp steps. I love the way they retract almost fully out of sight. Even the F-150 Platinums and the new 19 Rams that come with them only tuck up about half way disguising them as a rock rail looking thing.
