What maintenance to do?

Just purchased a 2010 TRX4 5.7 quad cam, 98,000 miles, I know that's a lot, asked about recent regular maintenance and dealer didn't know? What should I do being the milage?

Check the maintenance schedule in the book, it will give you an idea of what should be serviced around that mileage. When buying a used vehicle, I always make sure all the fluids are changed, if the dealership didn't do it all when they received the truck. I would also pull a spark plug and see what condition they are in. Other things you should check are the brakes, tie rod ends, serpentine belt, and air filter.

You can punch your VIN in the Ram website and the maintenance records will pop up if the previous owner had the maintenance done at the dealership.
