What senses FOB in the tailgate?

I replaced my tailgate/bumper and everything works, including locking/unlocking, except for one thing. The tailgate no longer auto senses my FOB and auto unlocks. What am I looking for in the old tailgate that needs to be transferred or hooked into the new one to make this work?

I think I figured it out by looking at old threads detailing how to add passive unlock. The passive unlock uses a different wiring harness and an antenna that goes in the bumper. I THINK the wiring harnesses were reused and I do see an extra plug that isn't hooked into anything. But I see it's empty where the antenna should be. So that must have not been transferred over!
