Ram's refresh for the 2500 is not slated to happen until sometime next year, probably late in the year, and introduced at a 2020 model.

That depends on whether you just want a 2019 2500, which will still be a 4th Gen truck and 99% the same as a 2018 or you want the 5th Gen 2500, which will be a 2020 model year and not available until sometime in 2019.

This dealer in IL claims to have the 2019 4th Gen's available already. I've no idea if it's true.
