George, the guy that made Xills charged $400. He sent the grille to him and the guy sent it back like that.

It was sheetmetal around the outside, and the wire mesh welded to it (i think) and the whole two sides powdercoated. The rivets were stainless and fairly expensive. He said it was over $100 in material.

Id pay over $200 for one

They are badass, but WAY too expensive.

I think this summer I want to try and make one of the wide mouth grilles (no crosshairs) with a white surround then either black mesh or black billet bars running horizontally. The go with a water cut stainless logo in the middle something like my version of an RPB but just overall better.
