So I'm sure there is a thread for this but I couldn't find it. Any how I just got the DS T1000 and got it loaded to the truck. So now I'm trying to find a good place to put and not have to much of the wire showing. So needless to say let's see where everyone put the tuner

My DS is in a Pillar Pod, same place as my Bully Dog. Isn't the T1000 about the size of a iPhone?

I'm a control freak,
so like having it close to my shifter... right thumb easily reaches the buttons

I had it here at first...Hated it! , looked nasty and way too visible to theives
too awkward to use the controls when your left hand blocks the screen when using the buttons.

Plus I had other things planned for that area:

i wouldnt leave it hooked up all the time, unless u need data logging or anything else like that its not really much of a monitor(without custom gauges). anything u need monitored should be in the truck EVIC dash thing

EVIC doesn't show a whole SHYTE load of PID's I use and monitor daily

Intake Air Temp
Long Term Knock
Short Term Knock
Spark/Timing Adv
MAP

....etc.

I have it on top of the dash right next to the tray right now but I don't know if I like it there

In the under seat storage and plug it in on track days.
