Where to get bug guard?

I want to get one of those body color bug guards for my 05 ram. Where are they sold? I want to think they are a Mopar accessory as I've seen many trucks with them. They are only on the hood. I looked on the Mopar websites, but I could not find any.

Are you talking about the ones that mount to the hood? I had one on my F150 and I bought clear and had the body shop hit it with the vehicle color.

I would get part number of mopar accessories website and shop around. I know the 4th gen ones are around $120 depending on if you want chrome or color matched. The color matched is a little cheaper surprisingly which I know you are looking for.

I would just check CL everyonce in a while, or possibly a scrapyard. And I believe Flame Red comes in a Duplicolor rattle can, if you find a chrome one and wanna paint it yourself.

Okay I found a place that sells them painted to match for about $125. My question is, do they usually require bumpers being attached to the hood itself behind the deflector? If so, would the be easily removable later on in case? I don't like the idea of putting things like that on if I can't remove them cleanly.

Anybody have pics of their ram with a hood deflector on? Doesn't have to be a body color piece. It could be the 3 piece too. I"m just curious how they look with the basic smoked 3 piece!
