04-06 SRT hoods fit all 02-08 1500's & 03-09 2500/3500's, the front bumper is where it is different if you ever decided to do that swap; 04-05 bumper will fit 02-05 1500 & 03-05 2500/3500 sport bumpers, 06 bumper will fit 06-08 1500 sport bumpers and 06-09 2500/3500 sport bumpers. You have a sport bumper so you would be good, the 2 piece bumpers with the chrome it will not, you have to change out the support section underneath. Enjoy your hood (I will be as soon as I can afford to get it painted).
