I have a 2018 ram 2500 Laramie. My radio keeps asking me if I would like to adjust my clock settings. Also, at the top of the unit it looks like it is melting inside of the unit. The “stealership” wants $949 just for the unit. That’s without labor!! Any suggestions. Thanks

Has your warranty already expired? There's a thread here about the screen problem.

The frequency of screen peeling complaints seems to be picking up lately.

A company that has not fixed a 10+ year old issue with a leaking third brake light?

Not surprised they don't issue a TSB on something that is "expensive" for them.

And they ask why they are not the number one seller of trucks?? They are the exact definition of stupidity: doing the same thing over and over but expecting a different outcome!

you can replace the screen yourself for a lot cheaper. I put links up in the other thread you responded on.

I have seen one or two of the screen repairs, they came out well. Good luck.
