I am planning on purchasing new tires in the near future and i need some input on whether they will rub or not. My truck currently has a 2.5" leveling kit and 1.5" rear spacer. I am wanting to go with 35x12.5x18. Will they rub and if so how bad?

Depends on the offset of the wheels. With the factory wheels with a positive offset, you're going to rub. I'm rubbing on the driver's side fender liner with 0 offset wheels.

What he said ^^. All depends on the wheel specs. We can't give you any solid information without knowing that.

New rims I am getting come in +12 offset and +1 offset, probably going with +1 for wider stance

A wider stance is going to be a negative offset, not a positive offset, so you want to look into about a -12. I run the same level, with 35x12.50x18 Trail Grapplers on 18x9 wheels with -12 offset, and I rubbed only on full lock in reverse, when backing down a hill at the right angle...so basically VERY rarely. Since I put them on, it wore it down, and I no longer rub at all lol
