I am finally removing the air suspension on my 2019 1500 Laramie longhorn 4WD. I am going with the standard airdelete.com kit. I am deciding what to do about the spacers. The kit I ordered comes with removable front and rear (4) 1” spacers. I also have 1.5”, 2”, and 2.5” front leveling kit spacers from Motofab available. I would like to level my truck or get as close as possible, but I also like the idea of the rear being 1” higher. I also am very concerned with city and highway ride quality, I don’t take it off road or tow. I decided not to purchase new Upper Control Arms at this time due to budget constraints so I know that limits my options. I think ideally I’d like to use spacers to raise the rear 1” and the front 2.5” to level and raise the truck, but I hear 2.5” might be too much without new UCAs…. So maybe I’ll do 1” rear spacer and 2” front spacer or just nothing in the rear with 1.5” or 2” spacers in the front? Does anyone have any recommendations or advice? Thanks!

My recommendation…steer clear from spacers in the front. It will just end up costing you more money in the end.

Go with new struts up front for the lift. Bils, Eibach…plenty of good tried and true options that will get you the 2.5 up front.

Coil spacers on the rear coils will be fine. Make sure your shocks and bump stops are the correct length.

Forget spacers in the front; you're asking for trouble, and trouble costs $$$

If you can't afford to do it right at this time, then save for it and do it right the first time is my recommendation!

Look at the Bilstein 6112 front kit and set it to the 2.1" raised height (any higher and you'll need to UCA's), and their 5100 rears and reusing your stock rear springs.

With this combo you'll get a better stance and have the ability to put 35's on with zero rubbing issues. You'll also have a darn near perfect level truck with only the slightest rake forward (virtually unnoticeable to the neked eye).
