I am looking to buy wind deflector for my 2021 1500 limited. My questions are they really help to reduce win noise? will they ruin the weather strips in the long run for in-channel type? i once bought a set from weathertech for my other vehicle (very noisy) trashed them. Please let me know how is it on your 5th gen Ram 1500.

I'll tell you on my 18 they made wind noise over 50 mph. Mine are AVS. I wasn't too happy but got over it.

I had the AVS outside ones and took off after about a month because of the noise

I put Weathertech's on my new Ram last week. Only reason I put them on is so I can leave the windows cracked while she sits outside for 12 hours. It's too damn hot around here to ride around with the windows rolled down but I will try it and let you know.

Have had AVS on for well over 2 years. Read the comments prior to doing so about "noise" and figured if it bothered me.... I'd just remove them. They are still on. I can't hear any difference. Now the light bar..... that is an annoying whistle.
