Wiper module

Looking for info on a module that deals with windshield wipers that when it goes out you can have it rebuilt or find one in a wrecking yard that has same truck set up as yours. It’s a 2002.

The part I need is in the cab under center dash. It's an electronic timing control module. Dodge stopped making this part. you either get yours rebuilt or find used haven't had any luck either way. Any ideas?
