Wondering

I have a 2023 Laramie 1500,just noticed that on the sun visor above the steering wheel on right hand corner are 3 buttons. Anyone know what these are for? I pushed them but nothing came on or off. Just wondering!

While we’re at it, I am used to driving BMW’s. There’s this stick looking thing on the left side of the steering wheel, it controls the wipers but it also goes up and down and I can’t seem to figure out what that is. the manual says turn signal, but the GPS signals me which way to turn on the center display so that doesn’t make any sense.
