Would I need a lift kit for this?

Not sure where this question would fall so I just posted it in the general area. I have a 1999 ram v6, her name is Judy. I want to throw some bigger tires on it, it's all stock sittin on 25in tires 16in rims. I want to put some 35in wranglers on my truck. Would I need a body lift for that or would I have to go for a suspension lift? I need some ideas what to do? Thanks.

That big of tires might be a little rough on a v6.. Might want to consider different gears if you're gonna insist on putting 35's on her!

^ def what he said... You'll most likely lose power and torque without regearing.

A Gen II Ram won't clear 35s without a decent sized lift.
I'm not sure if your truck is 2 or 4 wheel drive.

Either way, you could get away with a 2" leveling kit for the front and a 3" body lift
That should give you ample clearance for 35s (depending on wheel choice, of course!)
