It would bolt in, but it would have to programmed I think. Probably be easier to get this:

2002-2005 Dodge Ram Gauge Faces - US Speedo RAM020 - US Speedo Gauge Faces Color Gauge Overlay

Then you don't have to deal with programming issues.
