I have brand new Limited Longhorn with a wrinkled drivers seat. Stellantis denied the warranty claim. Said maybe my wallet is too fat. This is on a vehicle with only 1500 miles. Even the sales guy admitted it was a clear defect. Dealership will do nothing but offer to have me pay for the new seat cover. Has anyone else ever had this issue?? They already had to replace the instrument cluster glass because there were smudges all over the inside. Very questionable quality. Won't stand behind their product.
