I have been checking out the 5" suspension lift kit that Zone Offroad has. I have never heard of the brand and was wondering if anyone could shed some light on the subject.

I am also curious but can't afford a 5" lift right now.

I've checked out the instillation instructions for the RCX 5" lift kit and it seems like you have to do some cutting on the frame in order to install a few parts. But that is just what I took from the reading I did....not 100% sure if that's the case.

The only cutting you need to do is ti cut the welds that hold the bump stop onto the frame. Reason being, they have extenders for the bump stops that will lower the bumpstop to prevent the suspension from hitting the wheel wells and what not. Thats the only cutting needed. And the reason for this, the part that is is welded to is a flat cup. They just welded the bumstop cup to it instead of using a bolt

Here's another question about the RCX. When I go through what parts come with the lift, I'm not seeing the hardware kit to adjust the brake lines. Just wanting to see if it comes with one or not.

brake lines dont need to be adjusted. i have enough slack in them to not worry. a friend of mine will be offroading more than me so when he does is rcx 6 in, he is getting steel braided brake lines. i may do the same simply because my brake lines are 10 years old. and a little extra slack doesnt hurt

these are essentialy the main parts of te kit

only thing out of the picture is the rear block and u bolts, the shocks, the bummpstop relocation brakcets, the swaybar endlinks, and all the hardware to install
