First, bumper has to come out:

, but its really not too bad. I took mine out yesterday from my chromed bumpers in order to mount them on the soon to be bed lined bumpers. The grill pops off easy, especially after you've done it a time or two, and the radiator shroud does as well. Did the whole thing in about 10 mins. Looks complicated, but really isn't.
