2013 sport CC 8 speed 3.21

Hey guys new to forum long time looker. I finally decided to buy a ram truck I found one hell of a deal on an 2013 ram sport cc sport with 3.21 gears. I was wondering if towing my 3500 pound (Max)aluminum fishing boat with gears cause any issues. I currently towing it with 2010 Jeep Liberty and have no issues. I read on other treads and confused about these gears. Please advise

I wouldn't worry about it at all, I think on your truck with those gears your around the 7000-8000 lbs towing range.

Yup you should be around 8k. That 8 speed is the game changer. Those gears work good with the 8 speed.

8 speed 3:21 gears

I wouldn't worry. I have the same set up in a 2014 and pull my bass boat all the time. I can't tell its even back there.
