Please let us know the outcome. I'd kinda like to know how effective they are in helping to resolve problems. They seem sincere, but I assume they have their limitations also. Good Luck with your problem

i have to say usually pretty good.
i also have a '15 chrysler 200 that had an issue and they contacted me as soon as i made a post about an issue and wanted to get the ball rolling. every day they were pm'ing me about how it was going until the fix happened.
i also use to have a '13 camaro and had an issue and made a post on a camaro site and they also helped alot.
OP i hate to say it, but i think you will need to document the times it goes on and when they cant fix it and look into lemon law. unfortunately its a lot of waste of time for you but its what may need to happen. in my state the vehicle need to be in for the same thing 3 times.
more than likely once you get a lawyer and they send fca a letter they will take in back right away.
