Like the title of the thread asks, is there any benefit to MPG with lowering your truck? Just curious to see if anyone has any input. Thanks.

Ok. Thanks guys. It was just a thought. I didn't figure it would be much to speak of, if any, I was just wondering.

I noticed a bit of gain on my truck. Maybe 1 mpg with a 2/4 drop at 80-85mph.

my average with 8000 miles on the clock is at 24.2 mpg's or 9.7L/100K for the Canucks.

^^Same problem for me. Well, before the blower anyhow. 450kms to a tank now but worth every penny of gas.

If I was worried about gas mileage I would have bought a Prius, well, maybe not a Prius.

I have the Factory Air Suspension, when the truck hits highway speeds (I think around 60 MPH) the truck lowers into Aero mode, which is I believe a 1" drop to help improve MPG. It's hard to tell if the lower height really makes a difference since I've had it since new, but my truck does get mid-20 MPG (w/5.7L) on the highway which is the best mileage truck I have ever had.
