I bought the truck used, about a year ago, but as far as I know, they are the stock lights.
Lift is a 6" RCX. Tires are 35x12.5's on the stock 20" chrome clad wheels.
So far, things I have done are,
fender flares
2" wheel spacers
tool box
bull bar
LED light bar
short antenna (factory one didn't clear garage door)
LED's in the grill, and under the tail gate
stripes on the hood
I have much more planned as time and money allow.

Mine are similar. Don't mind the dust, I live on a gravel road.

Also added some amber LED's to the front.
