So im starting to wire everything up for my retrofit and i need to test some of the stuff out. Im trying to figure out which 2 wires i tap into. I know i need to tap into the turn signal positive and the ground but im not sure which colors they are (im guessing the ground is black).

Anyone know which color the turn signal wire is?

Oh and a 50watt 6ohm resistor is the correct one right?

Thanks in advance.

You got switchback halo's or something?

I wish I could remember the colors to tap.
I ran a set of these under my headlights and taped into the turn signal bulb

I had a set of these switchbacks but the white on one of them would sometimes not work.

So, sorry no help.. lol

What I did was place one of these on each wire and hook the LED up until I find the right ones.

I actually had to tap into all three wires for the switchback leds

The turn signal wire is the outside wire.

The ground is the opposite outside wire.

The middle is the running light.

Idon't have a pic of it but when I just did my mirrors I had to go through this. Use a test light to confirm. But yours should be the same as mine.
