Please help, I am willing to change the bumper, grill and headlights if needed,
Also, if some one has done it before please share pictures.
And if you have the specs/dimensions of the LIMITED 2016 would help me to compare too.

May I ask what part of the 2016 front end are you most trying to swap? The lights? The grille? Or the bumper?
Because if you are only really looking to swap the lights that can be done without swapping the grille or bumper.
If your doing the swap because you like the look of the 2016 limited grille, that grille can be bought on eBay in a version made to fit 09-12 Rams. This way if all you wanted to do was swap the grille, it can be done without having to swap the lights and bumper
If your doing the swap mainly for the looks of the bumper, then yea, you will also have to swap the grille aswell.
