Did you guys get a mounted switch with them or did you guys only get the remote?

Honestly I think I am going to attach it to a "Key On" power source and not an always on source. Dont like the idea of having the wire live 24/7. Besides Im only gonna be using it while I am in the truck.

Remote only.

I only use mine when I'm in the truck too. Doesn't work too well when we are in the van! :crazy:

so, thats the raceland, remote open? Can you get them with a switch, or does it only come with the remote. Last time on the website, it wouldnt load. guess i gotta check out e-bay. looks great tho

I read a post on some site about how to wire this up to a switch. It was quite interesting..........

That controller sends the signal for open vs closed. Not just a simple toggle on/off.

Anyway, the remotes are sweet man!

It was a sticker on my buddies old ford with straight pipes. Everyone can hear ya comin so you don't have to run them over.

u get two remotes. one is on my key chain and one stays in the truck just in case. not like it matters, mine is open all the time.

really dont know the big deal with remotes, i think its a lot easier than a switch

I think when they switched remote designs........they stopped sending 2. Or I got screwed. I only have 1 remote.

I ordered mine about half year ago and got 2 remotes...every company is doing this to save costs..I just ordered hid set from HIDextra cause the hids i had from a year ago from them went out on one side and the new stuff they sent me was junk compared to the old stuff
