I have a 2006 dodge ram and want to get a 2013 rear bumper for it . With the exhaust cut for the tips in the back . Is this possible ?

Everything is possible, however it is NOT a direct fit.
I have some people do it but you have to be prepared to do some fabrication work or have a mod shop do the work for you.

Wonders can be done with fabrication.

Someone had done this with there 3rd gen bumper. IMO you be better off having a 3G bumper cut up for tips.
