Are the Rancho Quick level shocks good or should I get the Bilstein 5100 adjustable shocks. Are the coil overs reused or do you get new ones with the shocks . Also going to put 275/65 20 Nitto's on the stock rims they are about an inch taller than stock.

I've only read about one person who installed the Rancho quick level shocks and they ended up replacing them when the Bilstein 5100's. The Rancho didn't raise the front as high as they claimed they would.
You will reuse the stock springs.
