Howdy, I've got a 2007 1500 with a Procomp 6" lift and 35x12.50x18's. For the past several hundred miles, I've started getting a really bad sway from side to side under acceleration (passing on the highway). It started out as a little wiggle, but now it's just scary. If I take my foot out of it, the sway stops immediately. I've also noticed recently that the truck has started swaying with road irregularities over 45-50. My truck has 104k miles on it. I just re did all front suspension components. Installed new shocks on the rear about 400 miles ago with no impact to the sway. Any ideas on what could be causing this? It's getting to the point that it would be dangerous for anyone but me to drive. Thx for any input.

Sway bar bad end links bushing ect? Then my next gut instinct (very possibly wrong) would be tires low tire pressure or something like that I know all that would cause sway never had the issue but maybe a place to start.

No rear sway bar. Front end is rock solid. All 4 tires have 50psi in them (recommended). I've swapped the fronts to the rear with no change. Very possibly bad bushings. Ever had that happen?

Did you make sure the rear is tight? Maybe something wiggled loose after the lift install.

Check all your shackles see if any of the are cracked or frame mounts all that could create flex causeing sway.
