I plan on getting 20% all around and 5% on the rear window, and 25% on the front so im legal.

I have factory tint, will they remove that and install the new? Im going to a fairly nice place in houston.

They charge $75 and carry a lifetime warranty. They will beat any price or pay me $1000, or thats there motto i guess lol

They didn't on mine. Just put it on over it. But I think mine is 15% over the back factory tint.

No, they will tint over it. Most factory tint is built into the glass and cannot be removed.

What kind of warranty do they have on the tint though? If it's cheap it may not last - might want to keep that in mind. There is a guy in Pasadena I've been using for years and his tint is warrantied from bubbling and peeling for life and can be warrantied across the nation.

Oh ok, that's good. Then yeah $75 bucks isn't bad. I paid $120 I think but it was worth it to me.

I wanna get my back windows blacked out. I kept the front lighter though to avoid cops having an excuse to pull me over. I wish it was darker but I think once I get the back done it'll be better

Mine is 5% in the back and 15% or 10% in the front. Cops around here just don't care. And inspection is done through dealerships that were good friends with through the company who just check it off.

i have my back window blacked out at less then 5%....i had my tint guy put 5% over 15%...it gets a bit difficult looking out the back window at night or during the day with shades on

Not sure, its kinda dark already on the rear and back windows. Front windows are much more visable. Its the factory tint.

I did 15% on the back and 5% front and it matches perfect. We don't have inspections in the good ol' state of Oklahoma. But working in NY and PA some cops can be ***** but most of them are pretty cool about it

my truck had the factory 20% on the back and nothing on the front. i had the tint shop add 20% too the front to match then did 5% all around. its pretty dark at night but you get used too it. does anyone know what % i have with 5 and 20 combined? i dont know how it works lol

Dark as ****. Haha. I had 5% up front and 20 over factory in the rear and it matched good on my last truck, so I am guessing 20 and 20 is close to 5, so 20 and 5 is like 2%?

I knew one guy with double 5. If it didn't have headlights pointed at you, you didn't see it at night.
