Need Some Help Deciding Spacers!

So I've been wanting to put spacers on my truck for a while now, but stuck at how far I should push them out. Currently I have Nitto Trail Grappler 295/60R20 wrapped around Gear Alloy 726MB 20x9 with a 0mm offset.

That's what they look like currently.

Get BORA spacers, not cheap ones, you'll regret it. No more than 2". 1.5" seems to be the preferred amount.

Yeah I was gonna buy them off customwheeloffset.com

Would it require any trimming?

BORA is awesome and definitely the spacer to get, but damn, a set of them for my truck are half the cost of new wheels!

Yeah I looked up prices for mine and before shipping they're $475. I've also heard good things about rough country 2" spacers. Anyone know a thing or two about those?

im running 1.5" spacer on 0mm offset wheels they require some trimming. I'd suggest the 2" Hubcentric spacers if your gonna do it. Because it requires no trimming and it is still safe as long as it's bolted and maintained properly.

You don't think 2" will push them out too far? they already stick out a little and not sure if MN laws say anything about how far a tire can stick out.

I don't believe that it's to far being lifted means your more likely to roll and the added width makes that part harder. And I can't imagine it is or if it is I doubt it's enforced. It's illegal to take the doors off jeeps in TN never seen anyone or heard anyone get a ticket for neither so yeah

I'm running 2" spacers as well. 17x10 wheels and 35" general grabbers.

They stick out about 1" already and I don't have any rubbing issues on a full turn currently. If I push them out further they shouldn't have any issues then right?

Your truck looks great! I just feel like it's missing something... (cough) (cough) cummins... :naughty:. Maybe I'll just flip a coin for 1.5" or 2" :roflsquared:.

How are those grabbers? I've heard that they are overall really good, but they only run about 30k miles. My tires now run about 50k and are about $100 less. What's your take on them?

I've only owned the truck since the end of june, but so far no problems. Still on stock suspension with no spacers and I don't have a slight bit of rub :naughty:. They just get a little noisy on the highway haha. I'm about to have them rotated.

Everywhere I read about them, people were saying they got anywhere between 45k and 60k miles. If you get anything over 35k on a set of off road tires, it's a good day in my book.

I like them, I've gone about 20k on them and so far so good. I bet I can get 50 to 60 out of them. I just wish they had a more aggressive sidewall but I'm happy with them. Also, the red lettering has pretty much faded off so I'm turning them around at next rotation.

You're doing 35k in a day? Your truck must be a lot faster than mine...:roflsquared:
