I am assuming you still have power to the switches and move on from there to what I had to do.
Here is a pic of a similar unit from a 2007 MegaCan. It isn't the dual automatic unit but the switch design is the same.
The culprit is usually the contacts on the back of the control switch, represented here as the black module on the lower portion of the white rectangle. They carbon up (dirt, dust, etc...) then start to arc and subsequently fail. One fix is to pull the bezel and this HVAC control panel from behind. Give the contacts a spray of electrical cleaner (CRC works good) and plug it back in for a test.
If it still doesn't work then replace the switch module.
