Climate control stopped working with remote start?

A couple weeks ago when i remote started in the morning, my truck would be nice and toasty with the steering wheel and butt warmer on and the defrost. The past week the features have not been coming on and i thought maybe it was because it was in the 50's outside. Well today it was 40 and nothing came on again!? I went through all the settings to see if there was an on/off for the features. If there is, I couldnt find it. The auto climate control has been on and set in the 70"s. Ideas/suggestions anyone? I love these features BTW.

Remote Start Comfort Systems — If
Equipped
When Remote Start is activated, the heated
steering wheel and driver heated seat features
will automatically turn on in cold weather. In
warm weather, the driver vented seat feature
will automatically turn on when the remote start
is activated. These features will stay on through
the duration of Remote Start or until the ignition
switch is placed in the ON/RUN mode.
NOTE:
The Remote Start Comfort System can be activated
and deactivated through the Uconnect
System. Refer to “Uconnect Settings” in “Multimedia”
for further information on Remote Start
Comfort System operation.


There is a temperature threshold for this to operate, but I'm not sure what it is.

Heated Seats etc 40 degrees F magic number. There is settings in U Connect to turn on/off certain features. But as to why on/off? On MY 2019 DT truck, when they did a TSB and update to repair the sorry AC, I lost half my functions, all relating to AC/Heat remote operation. SO the status of yours? Dunno. You have a brand new truck, you could try dealer. But when they go to flashing stuff, I would be asking a lot of questions.

I'm guessing you have a computer, so put the manual on your computer in PDF format. Then use the search feature in the pdf to find what ever you want. Took me about 10 seconds to find it, and another 15 to cut and paste the reply.

YUP, where all the PDF's R for my common stuff in house, on this PC, in PDF format.
