Will a cold air intake help my fuel economy at all or are they mostly for performance? I am looking to really get the best fuel economy out of my truck....I know that is not easy with a 4.7. Also any thing else you can think of that will help.

Drive like a grandma. Do all scheduled and regular maintence ( o2 sensors, spark plugs, clean tb, et cetra) change all oils to synthetics (engine and diffs mostly, mopar trans fluid is mostly syn anyways but theres alwas better) run pure gas if you can get it (no ethanol)

Some people say yes some people say no as to the economy gain to be had with a cai and i would say if you are getting it just for economy then no its not worth it. If you want the sound and slight performance and even slimmer economy (if there is any at all) then go for it.
