i kinda miss the dumped exhaust......but with the cutouts in the bumper it would look stupid as hell.

And that's my main gripe right there. Granted you could probably find someone wanting the cut out bumper and swap them for their non-cut out one. And about the dumped angle, I'll have to post a picture of mine today during lunch so you guys can tell me if it's proper.
RH- Definitely replace the Y-pipe regardless of what you do. Have you seen it?
Here's what mine looked like: 2.5" crimped into a 3" pipe.

The fun part with my bumper? It has 4 holes in it for the backup sensors. I have never seen a 4th gen "regular" bumper with the backup sensors. Its one of the reasons I kept the bumper after I got tapped........I knew it'd be a ***** to sell it.
