On one Jeep retailer's site, I saw a 3 year subscription to Uconnect Web for $1,078...I don't know how relevant that is to what you're asking though.

If Sirius is 30 bucks a month, something's wrong! I pay a heck of a lot less for XM in my G8.

I think it's a cellular subscription. I read somewhere that the new ram has in-car cellular data and might have built in wifi hotspot capability.

It does have that. It's through Sprint. That's a cost I wouldn't incur. Not worth it IMO, especially since I have a smart phone.
