The problem is I can no longer hear my calls through the stereo. Ive reset to factory settings and synch my Iphone again. It has just recently stopped working. I have a 11 Ram Laramie.

First, did you recently update your iPhone just before this started? Did you try clearing the pairing on both the iPhone and the stereo? Try clearing the pairing for all devices on the iPhone. Then, if you have tried to pair since doing the factory reset on the stereo, reset it again or make sure all devices are cleared. Then try to set it up from scratch again.
I had to do that with my wife's iPhone and her Alpine head unit a couple of times. For some reason it just stops connecting sometimes.
