I've added a few things to my ram (hids, sub amp, light bar) and I've been hooking up to the post in the fuse box for power. My question is, is that post a direct feed from the battery? Or does it run through a fuse first and serve a specific purpose? I've had trouble installing accessories on chevy's before and tapping into the similar post by the fuse block that is actually for the trailer brakes, and blowing the fuse. Thanks in advance!
