HVAC buttons not working

Went to get in my '13 R/T this morning and the HVAC controls aren't working. There is no response from any of the temperature, fan, defrost, AC, or recirc buttons, and also on the 8.4" I cannot turn it on. It'll let me go to the climate control screen, but when I hit "ON" nothing happens.

Anybody run into this issue?

I'd start by disconnecting the battery for an hr or so. If that doesn't fix it most likely the HVAC module since that what both the screen and buttons have in common.
